Terms and conditions for activating and using the gift voucher:

• Activate the LEMON GYM gift voucher www.lemongym.lt in MY LEMON account by 2025-03-31 by entering the unique gift voucher number provided in this voucher.
• Once the gift voucher membership is activated, it will be valid for the specified period from the date of activation.
• It will not be possible to stop the activated membership.
• This voucher cannot be used to pay for an existing membership and exchange it for cash.
• If you are under 18 years of age, to activate the voucher, write an e-mail to hello@lemongym.lt or call 19193.

Additional gift terms:

• Free additional services (YANGA sports water and ROLL SHAPER massage) are automatically included in your membership and you will be able to use them throughout the membership period.
• SPORTLAND gift voucher is only available for the following memberships: PREMIUM 3 months, COMFORT 3 months.
