Bachelor of Physical Education and Health Education in Lithuanian Education, sports and nutrition seminars, trainings.
I have been working as a coach since 2018.
SPECIALIZATION
Building muscle mass, reducing fat mass, handling imbalances, rehabilitation after injuries, cardio training, increasing endurance.
PRICE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I make individual sports plans and nutrition programs. There is also a program of physiotherapeutic exercises for the restoration of movements / strengthening of deep muscles at home.
