LEMON GYM loyalty program rules

RULES
- Participation in the program
1.1 All customers who have signed the contract participate in the loyalty program, but only those customers who have not expressed their disagreement with receiving marketing messages will be informed about the benefits.
- Calculation of visits
2.1. Visits begin to be counted from the first day of October 2024 and continue indefinitely or until the day the Loyalty Program is suspended, after informing customers no later than 30 days in advance.
2.2 The number of visits is summed up for the entire time, except for breaks between visits longer than 60 days, i.e. if the customer does not visit the club for 60 days or more, the customer status drops to zero loyalty status and the customer’s visits are counted again after this break.
2.3 Only 1 visit is counted per day, i.e. several visits per day are counted as one.
- Customer categories/levels
3.1 Customers, depending on the number of visits, are divided into different customer categories (one/two and three lemons), depending on the category, the customer is given Lemon Gym or other partner values.
3.1.1. Loyalty level 1: POWER MINI – 25 visits.
3.1.2. Loyalty level 2: POWER MIDI – 80 visits.
3.1.3. Loyalty level 3: POWER MAX – 150 visits.
4 . Values for customers
4.1. Partner values may vary each month. When providing partner values, customers are provided with information about the validity period of partner values, rules for use and other conditions.
4.2. Values for customers who have not objected to receiving direct marketing messages are communicated by e-mail and indicated on the page www.lemongym.lt/lojalumo-programa.
- Loyalty program validity
5.1. The number of discounts and the value of discounts in the Loyalty Program may change continuously. Customers are informed about this by e-mail, which is specified in the customer’s account.
5.2. The rules of the Loyalty Program, the number of visits, and the validity of the Loyalty Program may be changed at the discretion of the company, after informing customers on the Loyalty Program page: www.lemongym.lt/lojalumo-programa no later than 14 calendar days in advance.
