HOW WILL MY INTRODUCTORY TRAINING GO?
1. YOUR NEEDS AND GOALS
During the introductory training, you will be asked to fill in a special questionnaire to find out your goals and habits.
This data will help us to design a tailor-made program for you.
Basic data such as gender, age, sleep mode, training frequency, old-timer or novice are selected. You will also choose a goal – whether you want to lose weight, increase muscle mass, etc.
2. YOUR SPORTS PROGRAM
According to the marked points, your sports program will be created, according to the chosen sports frequency during the week. Then the coordinator will help you prepare for the workout, tell you the basics when performing a warm-up.
3. WORKOUT
The training will take place according to the established sports program, explaining the main points when using simulators – how to correctly adjust the simulator, choose a weight and perform the exercise correctly.
Throughout the training session, the coordinator will answer your questions about the program!
